This policy covers the data you send us through the contact form on this website.

What data we process

We process your name, company name, phone number, email address and the text of your message, which you enter in the form yourself. Providing the data is voluntary, but without it we cannot reply to you.

Why we process it

We use the data to answer your request and, if you wish, to prepare a quote.

Recipients

Your data is seen by SIA PRODO staff who handle requests. Technically, it passes through our website hosting and email providers (including Google), who process it on our behalf.

Legal basis

We process the data on the basis of your consent and because the processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract: Article 6(1)(a) and (b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR).

You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to info@prodo.lv. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

How long we keep it

We keep the data for no longer than 12 months after receiving your request, unless a contract is concluded. If it is, we keep the data for as long as the contract and applicable law require.

This website does not use cookies or analytics tools.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a portable format (data portability). To exercise these rights, write to info@prodo.lv.

If you believe that your data are being processed unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Data State Inspectorate of Latvia (Datu valsts inspekcija, www.dvi.gov.lv).
