B2B business development manager: decorative wall panels
PRODO is a Riga-based company that sells and installs windows and doors, and now decorative wall panels too. We are not a huge corporation but a small team where decisions are made quickly and everyone's work is visible.
Decorative wall panels are a new product for PRODO, and this business has to be built almost from scratch: there is no client base for panels yet. We are looking for someone to develop it and sell the panels to businesses: interior designers and design studios, architects, construction and finishing companies, property developers, furniture makers and building material retailers. Your clients are companies, not private individuals.
Your result in this role: an established panel business with regular B2B partners who specify PRODO panels in their projects and come back with every new one.
What we offer
- Salary: EUR 1,700–4,000 gross per month: a fixed part plus a percentage that depends on sales volume

Main responsibilities
- Build a B2B client base from scratch: find and approach companies that choose finishing materials
- Arrange meetings and present the panels and decor samples
- Build long-term relationships with partners and follow their new projects
- Calculate panel quantities and delivery and installation costs, and prepare quotes
- Keep records of clients and deals in the CRM system
- Plan how to grow the business: which clients to focus on, and what materials and terms of cooperation partners need
- Work with installers so that each order is completed as agreed
What we expect
- Latvian is required; Russian and English are an advantage
- A category B driving licence and your own car for client visits
- Experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally with designers, architects or builders
- Independence: planning your own work and taking a conversation through to an order
- Calm, confident communication and the ability to listen
- Accuracy with figures and calculations
- Interest in interiors, construction or finishing materials
Good to know
Most of the work happens outside the office: meetings, sites, design studios. Results come over time, not in the first week, because the business is new and you will build most contacts yourself. We are looking for someone who enjoys building something new, understands good interiors and can turn a conversation into a firm order.

Content creator and social media specialist
PRODO is a Riga-based company that sells and installs windows and doors, and now decorative wall panels too. We are not a huge corporation but a small team where everyone's work is visible.
Doors, windows and wall panels look best in real projects, not in a catalogue. We are looking for someone to photograph and film all PRODO product lines, show them on social media and keep our profiles active every day.
Your result in this role: our social media regularly shows real projects with PRODO doors, windows and panels, and no comment or message goes unanswered.
What we offer
- Salary: EUR 1,300–2,000 gross per month (full-time); pro rata for part-time

Main responsibilities
- Photograph and film doors, windows and wall panels on site and in the showroom, agreeing times with installers
- Edit short vertical videos for Instagram, TikTok and Facebook
- Publish posts and run PRODO's social media accounts: copy, visuals and a content plan
- Reply to comments and messages, and pass client enquiries on to colleagues
- Set up and maintain the accounts so that everything works: profile design, scheduled posts, basic analytics
- Write website copy and project descriptions
- Keep the photo and video archive easy to search
What we expect
- A portfolio of photo and video work is required
- Your own photo and video gear (a camera or a good smartphone) and editing software
- Ability to shoot and edit short vertical videos
- Good written Latvian; Russian is an advantage
- Understanding of Instagram, TikTok and Facebook formats and account settings
- Willingness to travel to sites, including those where work is still in progress
- Interest in interiors, architecture or design
- Experience running social media for a company or brand is an advantage
Good to know
This is daily work, even if we agree on part-time hours: social media needs regular posts and quick replies. Most of the material is shot on site, often during installation, so you will need to fit in with project schedules and work with the light available. We are looking for someone who sees beauty in a job well done and can show it simply and honestly.

Decorative wall panel installer

We do not just sell the panels; we install them too. Large-format, ready-finished panels leave no room for carelessness: every joint and corner stays visible. So we are looking for an installer for whom precision is a habit.
Your result in this role: a wall with even joints and clean corners that the client accepts without a single correction.
What we offer

- Pay that depends on the amount of work done: the more you install, the more you earn

- Training in decorative wall panel installation: frameless and on a metal frame

Main responsibilities
- Mark out the wall, check it for unevenness and set levelling guides where needed
- Install panels without a frame: glued to the wall or to the levelling guides
- Build a metal frame and install panels on it
- Cut panels to size and cut openings for sockets and switches
- Fit profiles: shadow gap profiles, concealed skirting and corner profiles
- Finish internal and external corners and joints with windows, doors and ceilings
- Handle and store panels carefully on site to avoid damage
- Leave the site clean and hand the work over to the client
What we expect
- Precision and care: joints and corners are your calling card
- Ability to use power tools: angle grinder, drill, jigsaw
- Ability to measure accurately and work to dimensions
- Latvian or Russian for communicating with clients on site
- Experience in finishing work or drywall installation is an advantage
- A category B driving licence is an advantage
Good to know
This is physical work on site. Large-format panels (up to 3000x1200 mm) are carried upright only, by at least two people, and cutting them creates dust. The workload can vary from month to month, and your earnings vary with it. We will teach you panel installation, but we expect care and precision from day one. We are looking for someone who takes one more look at the wall before leaving and is happy with what they see.
